On February 6, 2025, Congressman Magaziner highlighted the repercussions that budget reductions could have on nonprofit organizations such as Capital Good Fund, West Bay, CCAP, and Tri-County Community Action. He noted that these cuts "could mean higher energy costs, a dirtier environment and fewer jobs for RIers."
