Rhode Island's Second Congressional District Representative, Seth Magaziner, has recently vocalized his views on several pressing issues through a series of tweets. Magaziner, who has served in Congress since 2023, took to X (formerly known as Twitter) to address matters ranging from government communications to public and maternal health.

On April 6, 2025, Magaziner expressed concerns regarding the use of Signal for classified government communications. He stated, "Signal is not appropriate for classified government comms–senior presidential administration officials should know this." He criticized the presence of individuals such as "Tulsi Gabbard and Pete Hegseth" in significant roles, suggesting that they are "completely unqualified."

The following day, April 7, 2025, Magaziner acknowledged World Health Day by emphasizing the importance of maternal and newborn health. He highlighted the preventable nature of many complications causing maternal and neonatal fatalities, advocating for investment in "better care, support families, and ensure health equity for all."

Later on the same day, April 7, 2025, he drew attention to Public Health Week's challenges due to proposals from Congressional Republicans. Magaziner warned that proposed "deep Medicaid cuts" could threaten the stability of "health centers, nursing homes, and hospitals" and urged resistance to protect the health of Rhode Islanders.
