Seth Magaziner, currently serving as a U.S. Congressman representing Rhode Island’s 2nd district, shared several statements on social media regarding recent political and social issues. His posts highlight his concerns about government ethics and healthcare.

On March 12, 2025, Magaziner criticized certain practices by government employees in a tweet: "It’s illegal for government employees to do personal business on gvmt property. People get fired for this. But this Trump-Musk employee is firing thousands at SSA & VA who’ve done nothing wrong—while illegally doing her side hustle on the taxpayer dime."

Later that day, he discussed healthcare initiatives following a meeting with local professionals: "Sat down with Rhode Islanders from the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists to talk about expanding maternity care and protecting Medicaid—because every woman should get the care she needs. Grateful for the work they do and for a great conversation!"
