Seth Magaziner, a U.S. Congressman representing Rhode Island's 2nd district, shared several updates on social media reflecting his engagement with local institutions and constituents. Magaziner, who took office in 2023 following James Langevin, has a background rooted in Rhode Island and is an alumnus of Brown University and Yale University.

On February 13, 2025, Magaziner acknowledged the efforts of the Rhode Island Wing Civil Air Patrol, highlighting their contributions to search and rescue operations as well as disaster relief.
