Congressman Seth Magaziner, representing Rhode Island’s 2nd district since 2023, has been actively engaging with his constituents and addressing key issues through social media. The congressman has shared insights into his role in the Homeland Security Committee, discussions on workers' rights, and concerns over proposed fiscal policies.

On January 22, 2025, Magaziner expressed his honor in returning to the Homeland Security Committee as the Ranking Member of the subcommittee on Counterterrorism and Intelligence. He stated, "Honored to return to the Homeland Security Committee as the Ranking Member of the subcommittee on Counterterrorism and Intelligence. I look forward to continuing the work to make America safer, stronger, and more secure."

On January 23, 2025, he emphasized the importance of fair treatment for service industry workers during a meeting with representatives from Unite Here and DC Culinary Union. He noted, "When we eat at a restaurant or stay at a hotel, it is important to know that the people who serve us are being treated right. It was a pleasure to meet with reps of @unitehere @DCCulinaryUnion today to discuss ways we can deliver for workers."

On January 24, 2025, Magaziner raised alarms about a document allegedly circulated by former President Trump and Republicans outlining plans that would impact tax policies. He declared, "We just got our hands on the document Trump & the Republicans have been circulating w/ plans to RAISE taxes on the middle class, CUT taxes for billionaires & gut programs for the poor. This is their game plan. Our job is to stop them."
