Washington, D.C. – Last night, Representative Seth Magaziner (RI-02) spoke on the House Floor to honor and celebrate Rep. David Cicilline’s distinguished career in the U.S. House of Representatives.
“I rise today to celebrate the distinguished congressional career of one of Rhode Island’s finest public servants and my good friend, Congressman David Cicilline, who will be retiring from the House next week,” said Rep. Magaziner. “I join all of Rhode Island in thanking David Cicilline for his many years of dedicated public service to our state.”
Rep. Cicilline is slated to depart the U.S. House of Representatives on June 1st to become the President and CEO of the Rhode Island Foundation.
