West Greenwich Residents will also be required to license their dog/s the day of the rabies clinic. A copy of your rabies certificate will be made and your license will be either mailed to you or hand delivered. West Greenwich licenses are $8 per dog cash or check for licenses. The form to register by mail is attached below.
Dogs over 6 months of age must be licensed yearly in the month of April to avoid a fine. RI GENERAL LAW § 4-13-4
