LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rawlins Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 9, 2022, at 5:30 p.m., at the City Hall Council Chambers located at 521 West Cedar Street, Rawlins to hear the following matters:

- PZ 22-08-01 Zone change from Residential to Commercial located at 702 Washington St. more specifically known as UPLATTED PARCEL LOCATED IN W1/2NW1/4 SEC 21 T 21 R 87 NET 2.636 A MORL.
- Discussion on possible subdivision preliminary plat located on Rodeo Ct. more specifically Rodeo Court TRACT A BLK 1 SECOND FRIENDLY HILLS ADDN. (FINAL PLAT BK 600B/58) (BK 1111/130,1386/15) (TDD BK 1386/50)
