With an academic and twenty-five year professional background in DE&I, human resources, coaching, counseling psychology, and higher education, Amy has worked with thousands of individuals and countless companies to help them to reach their organizational and professional goals. Her experience in the area of DEI spans her career and includes expertise in strategic planning, training, development of impactful diversity and inclusion programs and initiatives, and content creation.

Amy resides outside of Boston, MA with her family. She enjoys all four seasons but loves a summer day on Cape Cod the best.
