An overdose prevention center is a safe place where people can go to use drugs they have obtained elsewhere. Staff monitor for overdoses and provide pathways to care. An OPC is opening in Rhode Island soon. Join members of the People, Place, & Health Collective at the Brown University School of Public Health and Project Weber/RENEW for a community conversation. Members of the public are welcome, and light refreshments will follow the event. There will be an opportunity for Q&A. RSVP on Eventbrite not required for attendance, but highly encouraged.
