Offensive Player of the Week
Gavin Admirand (Marshfield, Mass.) - Senior - Attack - UMass Boston
Admirand was named the LEC Offensive Player of the Week after totaling six goals and five assists for 11 points in a 1-1 week for the Beacons. He scored four goals with four assists in UMass Boston’s 28-6 rout of Norwich after scoring two goals with one helper in a 17-6 setback to Connecticut College.
Defensive Player of the Week
Ryan Stocks (Longmeadow, Mass.) - Senior - Defense - Eastern Connecticut
Stocks was named the LEC Defensive Player of the Week after causing three turnovers and scooping up 11 ground balls in the Warriors’ 14-11 road win at Saint Joseph (Conn.), their lone game of the week. He played a key role in limiting the Blue Jays to one man-up goal in eight tries.
Goalie of the Week
Christopher Dindino (Turnersville, N.J.) - Sophomore - Castleton
Dindino was named the LEC Goalie of the Week after he played every minute in goal during a three-game week for the Spartans, amassing 39 saves to 24 goals against. He averaged 13 saves per game while stopping 61.9 percent of shots on goal. In a win over SUNY Delhi, Dindino held the Broncos to just four goals while making 12 saves in a 6-4 victory. He added 11 saves against Rivier (10-4) and made 16 stops on the road against Utica (10-5).
Rookie of the Week
Ryan McDonough - (Weymouth, Mass.) - Freshman - Midfield -Massachusetts Maritime
McDonough was named the LEC Rookie of the Week after totaling eight goals and three assists in a 2-0 week for the Bucs. He had five goals, two assists and two ground balls in the their 15-12 win over Norwich, and potted three goals with one helper and two caused turnovers in a 13-9 win over Maine Maritime on Saturday.
