Offensive Player of the Week
Karalyn Jones (Wilbraham, Mass.) - Senior - Forward - Worcester State
Jones was named the LEC Offensive Player of the Week after totaling two goals and five assists for nine points in a 2-0 week for the Lancers as they tied with Southern Maine for the LEC regular season title and earned the No. 2 seed in this week’s LEC Championship Tournament. She scored one goal and assisted on two others in a 3-1 win over Bridgewater State before tallying one goal with three assists in a 6-1 victory over UMass Dartmouth.
Defensive Player of the Week
Chance Jaquin (Canastota, N.Y.) - Freshman - Back - Castleton
Jaquin was named the LEC Defensive Player of the Week after she contributed at both end of the field in a pair of Spartan wins that secured the No. 3 seed in this week’s LEC Championship Tournament. She set up Castleton’s first goal in 3-2 wins over Keene State and Bridgewater State to close out the regular season.
Goalkeeper of the Week
Kaitlin Loughlin (Ashland, Mass.) - Junior - Framingham State
Loughlin was named the LEC Goalkeeper of the Week after totaling 10 saves in a pair of 2-0 wins for the Rams to close out the regular season. She had six stops against Eastern Connecticut that clinched the No,. 8 seed for the Rams before stopping four shots in the victory over Fitchburg State.
Rookie of the Week
Natalia Roehr (Acton, Mass.) - Freshman - Forward - Framingham State
Roehr was named the LEC Rookie of the Week after scoring a pair of goals in a 2-0 week for the Rams that secured a berth in this week’s conference tournament. She scored an insurance tally in a 2-0 win over Eastern Connecticut before potting what proved to be the game-winner in a 2-0 triumph over Fitchburg State.
