The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate James Congressman R. Langevin, Langevin for Congress, refunded $500 to David Moss on July 7, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Langevin for Congress refunded $500 total since February 1.
