Congressman Seth Magaziner, who represents Rhode Island’s 2nd district in the U.S. Congress, recently highlighted community efforts and public safety concerns in a series of posts on his official social media account.

On December 13, 2025, Magaziner posted about a local charity event: “Providence showed up in full force for the Community Angels Annual Coat & Toy Drive. It is always awesome to join volunteers working to ensure every child and family has warmth, dignity, and joy this winter season.”

Later that evening, he shared a link without additional commentary: “https://t.co/Yr18vA3gnF” (December 14, 2025).

In another post on December 14, Magaziner addressed a recent incident at Brown University: “If you have any tips related to the Brown University shooting, please call (401) 272-1111.”

Seth Magaziner began serving as the U.S. Representative for Rhode Island’s 2nd District in 2023 after succeeding James Langevin. Born in Bristol in 1983 and currently residing in Cranston, Magaziner graduated from Brown University in 2006 and later earned a degree from Yale University in 2010.
