Congressman Seth Magaziner, who represents Rhode Island’s 2nd district in the U.S. Congress, recently used his social media platform to update constituents on local and national matters.
On February 2, 2026, Magaziner encouraged residents to stay informed about current issues by subscribing to his newsletter: “If you missed my most recent telephone town hall, sign up for my weekly newsletter for updates on the issues facing our state and country. Sign up here: https://t.co/MeGdwt7glJ https://t.co/Rw3hGLfrot”.
A day later, on February 3, he announced federal funding for several new projects in his district: “Huge news: I just secured funding for 9 new projects, making #RI02 more resilient, affordable, and safe. Bringing home federal dollars to make our state better is one of my most important responsibilities as your Rep. https://t.co/kWsUSKwS4R”.
Later that evening, Magaziner highlighted a meeting with labor leaders representing airline workers: “The working men and women of the Association of Flight Attendants are there no matter the destination. Today, I met with @afa_cwa President @FlyingWithSara as part of @LaborCaucus to discuss how Congress can better support flight attendants and airline workers. https://t.co/5p0MCtGNCG”.
