Congressman Seth Magaziner, who represents Rhode Island’s 2nd district in the U.S. Congress, posted a series of tweets in early January 2026 addressing healthcare policy and congressional action.

On January 3, Magaziner shared a tweet with only a link: https://t.co/cfYY4klYyg (posted on January 3, 2026).

Shortly after, he commented on an earlier issue by stating, “One month later, still true and still wrong. https://t.co/mcu5U7hxP7” (January 3, 2026).

The following day, Magaziner addressed the upcoming congressional vote regarding healthcare funding: “On January 6, Congress will vote on extending Affordable Care Act funding that keeps health care costs down for working people. This is a real chance to protect affordable coverage. Republicans must join Democrats and vote YES to protect the Affordable Care Act.” (January 4, 2026).

Seth Magaziner began representing Rhode Island’s 2nd district in Congress in 2023 after succeeding James Langevin. Born in Bristol in 1983 and currently residing in Cranston, Magaziner is an alumnus of Brown University and Yale University.
