U.S. Congressman Seth Magaziner, who represents Rhode Island’s 2nd district, shared updates on his recent community engagements through a series of posts on social media.

On August 12, 2025, Magaziner highlighted his visit to a Providence-based early childhood education center, stating: “Visited @CFRI1834’s Head Start and WIC Program in Providence today, where dedicated staff provide early education to help Rhode Island kids get off to a great start in life. We should be expanding funding for early childhood education, not cutting it.”

The following day, August 13, he posted about participating in an event at the Cranston Senior Center: “Another feisty competition at Cranston Senior Center bingo! It is always great to spend time with seniors and hear about the issues that matter most to them.” A similar message was shared again on the same day: “Another feisty competition at Cranston Senior Center bingo! It is always great to spend time with seniors and hear about the issues that matter most to them.”
