Later that day, he issued a public safety advisory for Rhode Island residents regarding an upcoming weather event: “Rhode Island: Expect extreme cold this weekend. Born in Bristol, Rhode Island in 1983 and currently residing in Cranston, Magaziner graduated from Brown University in 2006 and later earned a degree from Yale University.
