Congressman Seth Magaziner, who represents Rhode Island’s 2nd district in the U.S. Congress, recently used his social media platform to address a range of issues from national leadership to local community engagement.
On April 7, 2026, Magaziner posted a critical message regarding ongoing conflict and the current administration, stating: “This is horrific and wrong. Congress must reconvene to end the war immediately. The President’s enablers must wake up to the fact that he is becoming increasingly erratic and dangerous, and our country needs new leadership.”
The following day, on April 8, Magaziner highlighted his visit to Capitol Ridge Housing in Providence. He wrote: “Great to visit Capitol Ridge Housing in Providence and hear directly from constituents about what they are facing right now. We talked about the need to end the gridlock in Washington and do more to bring down costs.”
Later that same day, Magaziner shared his participation with @RIBBABIZ in recognizing young leaders. His post read: “We need to close the wealth and opportunity gap and make sure everyone has a fair shot at success. I joined @RIBBABIZ to celebrate their work to do just that and help award scholarships to 6 college-bound young leaders.”
